A registered nurse with emergency room experience is needed to provide coordinated nursing care for patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. This travel position involves delivering care according to established standards and the nursing process while supervising and directing nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated patient care based on nursing standards and protocols in the emergency room
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Support education and non-productive activities for Float Pool nurses as needed
