Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment, flexible shift structure
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for ER patients in alignment with established standards and the nursing process
- Oversee activities of assigned nursing staff, guiding and supporting their day-to-day responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to ensure integrated patient care
- Apply independent judgement and critical thinking in a rapidly changing environment
- Float as needed to various departments, maintaining documentation accuracy based on unit worked
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room nursing (prior travel experience preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Able to effectively supervise and direct nursing staff
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing assignments and new teams
