Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Attend orientation and ongoing educational sessions as assigned
- Fulfill non-productive hours assigned to the Float Pool
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Utilize advanced nursing practices in accordance with hospital policies
- Support safe, culturally competent care for diverse patient populations
