• Assess and triage patients with various emergency conditions

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient care and procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including clocking into the correct unit in the float pool

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license and certification in the state of California
• Proven experience working in emergency room nursing
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in urgent situations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to float and adapt to different unit assignments as needed
