Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage patients with various emergency conditions

- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and other staff to provide timely emergency care
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient care and procedures
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including clocking into the correct unit in the float pool
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license and certification in the state of California
- Proven experience working in emergency room nursing
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in urgent situations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to float and adapt to different unit assignments as needed
