This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, providing critical clinical practice and patient coordination in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement safe, effective patient care tailored to the ER patient population.
• Maintain adherence to care standards and organizational mission.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members.
• Uphold professionalism and respect in interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Manage physical demands including patient transfers and emergency response.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling with varied hours to accommodate emergency needs.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or a valid Compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications from the American Heart Association.
• TNCC or ATCN certification required.
• CPI or equivalent training preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of patient rights and developmentally appropriate care.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical capability to handle emergency situations.

Schedule:

• Day shift: 7 AM to 7 PM, 3 days on/3 days off rotation.
• Contract position starting ASAP.
