Schedule/Hours

• Travel assignment (variable schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated and compassionate nursing care for emergency patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, facilitating collaboration among a multidisciplinary team.
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in fast-paced clinical situations.
• Document patient care accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and orientation sessions, including float assignments as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license (CA) in good standing.
• Minimum of one year recent ER experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (as applicable).
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
