Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned ER patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and guide the activities of assigned nursing personnel at various levels, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
- Utilize clinical judgment and independent decision-making in the management of complex, rapidly changing patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Float to designated units as required; ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Participate in education and training sessions to stay current with the latest clinical practices.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
