Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with variable shifts depending on department and float pool needs
Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent ER nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Proven ability to supervise and direct nursing staff across multiple departments
- Flexibility to float among units and adjust to evolving clinical needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional emergency care for a diverse patient population
- Coordinate treatment plans and interventions with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise, mentor, and support various levels of nursing staff
- Apply the nursing process and established care standards to ensure optimal outcomes
