Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license
  • Demonstrated, current experience in Emergency Room nursing
  • Knowledgeable in coordinated patient care and adept at the nursing process
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and independent judgment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and positive approach to floating between departments

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct float pool and unit staff, ensuring high-quality care
