Key Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Strong communication and adaptability to fast-paced environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients or assigned groups
- Implement the nursing process according to established care standards
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize professional judgment in clinical and supervisory tasks
- For float pool nurses: Educate and participate in non-productive hours as needed; ensure time is logged to the correct department/unit
