Seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Emergency Room (RN-ER) skills for a contract position based in Long Beach, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in the Emergency Room setting with efficiency and compassion
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports
- Participate in departmental education and training hours as required
- Float Pool nurses should accurately log hours according to the unit they are working on
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
- Experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
