Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ER patients, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely, following hospital protocols
- Support various units as a Float Pool nurse while ensuring compliance with clock-in procedures relevant to each unit
- Participate in non-productive hours and education as required by the department to maintain nursing competencies
