Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license to practice
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient situations using sound clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to effectively coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (preferred or as required by facility)
- Previous supervision of nursing staff is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, high-quality nursing care to individual patients or groups according to established standards
- Supervise and direct various levels of assigned nursing staff within the ER
