Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- At least one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Prior experience in supervising or directing nursing staff (preferred)
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, compassionate nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
- Apply the nursing process and established standards of care to all patient interactions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and smooth transitions
- Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in rapidly changing situations
