Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to individual patients or assigned groups in the emergency room, following established care standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct nursing staff of varying experience levels
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure seamless patient care
- Apply strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion in all facets of patient care and supervision
- Ensure all care and documentation meets regulatory and facility requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, unrestricted and in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS/TNCC desirable)
- Recent experience in an emergency department strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
