Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are highly valued)
• Strong assessment and clinical skills in emergency settings
• Excellent communication and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient with electronic health records and standard medical equipment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage according to clinical acuity
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans for patients in the ER
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff
• Provide clear and compassionate updates to patients and their families regarding care and progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and interventions
• Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and effective crisis response at all times
