Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Emergency room nursing experience preferred
- Critical thinking and strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned ER patients, following nursing process and established standards
- Supervise and guide activities of nursing staff within the ER
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Exercise professional discretion, judgement, and critical thinking in all aspects of care
- Implement effective interventions and document care thoroughly
