Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Proven experience working as an RN in an ER or acute care setting
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong assessment, triage, and prioritization abilities
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable and calm in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the emergency department
• Conduct quick and thorough assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and prioritize treatment
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient status according to clinical protocols
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff to create a safe, supportive environment for patients and their families
• Participate in rapid response and code events, providing immediate, skilled interventions
• Maintain a sterile and organized environment, ensuring compliance with infection control and hospital policies
