Working in a busy Emergency Room, youll collaborate with talented healthcare professionals and see a range of patient acuity levels, from urgent traumas to stabilization and support for patients across all ages. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignmentflexible duration available
- Shifts typically include a mix of days, nights, or rotating schedules depending on department need
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Minimum 12 years recent experience in an Emergency Department (ER)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ENPC preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert triage and emergency care to trauma and non-trauma patients of all ages
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Prioritize patient safety and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Document all patient interactions and care accurately
- Support efficient patient flow in the Emergency Department
