As a traveling ER Registered Nurse in this dynamic setting, youll be immersed in a hospital environment accredited by the Joint Commission, recognized for excellence as a Chest Pain Center and a Certified Primary Stroke Center. Orientation is held weekly, allowing a streamlined start as you expand your skillset through exposure to new protocols and patient populations.

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekly orientation on Mondays

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and provide life-saving care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document all care and communicate with patients and families
• Maintain compliance with facility and state requirements, including timely completion of fingerprint/background checks

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and required certifications for ER nursing (must be obtained prior to start)
• Minimum 60 miles from facility for travel designation
• Prior ER experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Compliance with New Mexico state fingerprinting and background check requirements
