This engaging travel assignment will see you delivering coordinated nursing care to Emergency Room (ER) patients, ensuring every shift brings new situations and the potential to widen your clinical expertise. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS (required); additional ER certifications a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to assigned ER patients, using critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
- Supervise and guide various levels of nursing staff within the ER
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards
- Effectively document and communicate patient progress and care delivery
