As a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, youll play a pivotal role delivering coordinated, high-quality nursing for patients in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Emergency Room experience required
- Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure setting
- Experience supervising nursing staff preferred
- BLS, ACLS (required); PALS and TNCC certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process
- Supervise and direct various levels of assigned staff
