As a travel RN in the Emergency Department, you will:

• Travel position; schedule details provided during interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, evidence-based nursing care to assigned ER patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff at various levels, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with other healthcare disciplines for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough records
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of California
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year recent ER experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and decision-making skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, diverse clinical setting
