Schedule/Hours:

- Variable 12-hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year recent Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to ED patients in accordance with the nursing process
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Exercise professional judgment in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout each patients care episode
