Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
- Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license (California)
- Minimum of 1 year recent ER nursing experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in emergency care practices: triage, trauma intervention, crisis management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
- Apply critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion in all patient interactions
- Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts
