Job Description
Provide expert nursing care in an emergency room setting, delivering coordinated and compassionate treatment to patients according to established standards and nursing processes. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff at various levels, ensuring quality care and efficient operations within the department. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes while utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to emergency room patients in accordance with evidence-based standards.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate patient care activities among healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
