This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to provide critical care in a dynamic hospital environment. The position requires a compassionate, skilled nurse ready to contribute to high-quality patient care during day shifts. The role is on a contract basis with an expected duration of approximately 13 weeks.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage critically ill patients effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Schedule:
- Day shift: 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Floating and on-call responsibilities as needed
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients in the emergency department, making prompt decisions in critical situations
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and calm
Contract Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
