Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, current and in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Proven clinical assessment and triage skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in emergency situations
- Triage and prioritize patient care based on urgency of condition
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Update and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-treatment instructions
- Respond rapidly and effectively to life-threatening emergencies
