Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year recent ER experience (preferred)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress scenarios
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Schedule:

• Full-time, variable shifts based on department needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ER patients in accordance with established protocols
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs rapidly and accurately
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on swift diagnosis and treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing compassionate support
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient care and interventions
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital protocols
