Schedule / Hours
- Scheduling coordinated by Staffing Office
- No on-call or float required
- Weekend coverage as scheduled
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, hospitalists, and support staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Cerner
- Administer medications and perform IV therapy
- Respond swiftly to critical events, trauma situations, and patient needs
- Exhibit professionalism in multi-disciplinary team dynamics
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with recent ER experience
- Proficiency with Omnicell and Cerner preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-acuity, rapidly changing environments
- Willingness to work weekends as part of scheduled rotation
