This 13-week assignment immerses you in the heart of Floridas bustling healthcare scene, offering both professional growth and plenty of time to explore local culture, beautiful parks, and nearby attractions during your downtime. Youll work three 12-hour night shifts each week, including every other weekend, providing you with ongoing opportunities to learn and make an impact.
Schedule/Hours:
- 13 weeks, 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license (Compact licenses accepted)
- Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale certifications (all required in hand)
- EPIC EMR experience
- Flexibility to float to relevant units and locations as needed
- Professionalism with adherence to navy blue scrubs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients experiencing medical emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Adapt to evolving ER scenarios and support a wide patient population
- Participate in a pre-shift huddle (paid) for cohesive care standards
- Float to appropriate units, expanding your scope and versatility
