Provide emergency nursing care as the sole Registered Nurse on the night shift in a Level IV trauma center emergency department with three beds. You will work closely with a skilled tech and have remote support from an RN administrative house supervisor as needed. This contract role requires weekend coverage, offering a unique opportunity to deliver critical care in a focused, supportive rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care for patients in a 3-bed ER unit
• Collaborate efficiently with a dedicated ER tech and remotely with the RN house supervisor
• Prioritize patient safety and trauma protocols in a Level IV trauma center setting
• Administer treatments and medications according to ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC standards
• Participate in weekend night shifts ensuring consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active RN license required at time of submission
• Valid certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC essential
• Previous ER experience preferred, especially in trauma or critical care
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment, with excellent assessment and decision-making skills
• Must be on the required professional profile before submission

Schedule:
