Desired Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year of experience in an Emergency Room (ER) role
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols
- Ability to remain composed and effective in fast-paced, high-stress situations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments in the emergency setting
- Triage patients based on acuity and coordinate appropriate care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff
- Provide clear communication with patients and families about conditions, care plans, and follow up instructions
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all nursing actions and patient responses
- Participate in emergency drills and maintain readiness for urgent situations
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
