Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver emergency nursing care to all ages following current standards
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond swiftly in crisis situations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Document thoroughly using Meditech (experience preferred)
- Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate
- Adhere to facility policies and best practices in emergency care
Qualifications:
- Current RN license, compact state eligibility accepted
- Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Meditech charting experience preferred
