Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with emergency protocols and interventions
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective during high-stress situations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess patients and identify emergent medical needs
- Appropriately triage incoming cases and prioritize care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Monitor patient status and document care in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their loved ones
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety and infection control standards
