Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• At least one year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications a plus)
• Adaptable, with excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in fast-paced situations

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the ER, including triage and stabilization
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care
• Accurately document patient information within EMR systems
