Key Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• TNCC or TNS Certification
• Proof of education and flu vaccination
• Minimum of one year recent ER nursing experience strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER setting
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Document all care and interventions to ensure accurate records
• Participate actively in performance improvement efforts and shared governance activities
• Serve as a clinical resource, supporting continuity of care and guiding other departments as needed
• Utilize advanced clinical judgment to ensure patient safety, escalating concerns promptly
