Schedule:

• Nights: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of recent ER experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Ventilator proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Willingness and ability to float to ICU and Med/Surg units as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients clinical conditions, rapidly identify and act on serious situations, and prioritize emergency interventions
• Initiate timely measures in emergencies when physicians are unavailable
• Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment, including infusion pumps, ventilators, and cardiac monitors
• Administer prescribed therapeutic interventions such as medications, IV therapy, and respiratory therapy
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, collaborative activities, and patient progress
• Coordinate and delegate care assignments based on team members skills and patient needs
• Participate in maintaining a safe environment and managing supplies and equipment
• Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
