This assignment ensures exposure to a wide variety of cases, from trauma to pediatrics and cardiac emergencies. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, encounter different workplace practices, and build strong leadership skills. Schedule/Hours
- 36 hours per week, guaranteed
- Four weekend shifts required over four weeks
- No call requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
- ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications (required prior to submission)
- Experience with trauma and pediatric patients preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to all ages, including trauma, cardiac, psychiatric, GI, and stroke patients
- Manage patient ratios averaging 4:1 for pod, 2:1 for critical care, and 6:1 fast track
- Collaborate effectively with a resilient and team-oriented staff
- Adhere to dress codescrubs in any color or print
