Schedule/Hours:
- 7p 7a shifts
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Four weekend shifts every four weeks
- No call requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years emergency department experience
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC required
- Trauma and pediatric experience preferred
- Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable personality
- Comfortable caring for a range of patients: trauma, cardiac, psych, GI, geriatric, pediatric, and more
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to ER patients across all age groups
- Respond rapidly to emergencies including traumas, STEMIs, strokes, and critical conditions
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EHR
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility dress code (scrubs, any color/print)
