Schedule & Shift Details:
- 7:00 pm 7:00 am
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Four weekend shifts per four weeks
- No on-call requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Trauma and pediatric experience highly preferred
- Resilient, energetic, team-oriented, and easy-going personality
- Comfortable caring for a variety of patients, including trauma, cardiac, pediatric, psych, stroke, and more
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care across a 22-bed ED
- Manage patient ratios: 4:1 (pod), 2:1 (critical), 6:1 (fast track)
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management
- Utilize Cerner EHR for documentation and care coordination
- Uphold standards of professional attire (scrubs of any color or print)
