Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating shifts
- Flexibility to work consecutive weekends as required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting, managing acute and complex patient cases
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient interventions
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document clinical information with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
- Remain agile and adaptable to address diverse medical situations and prioritize patient needs
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Active Hawaii RN license required prior to the start date
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room environment
- Proven competency with emergency medical procedures and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and consecutive weekends as needed
