Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in quick assessment, triage, and responsive intervention
• Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and emergency equipment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• EMR charting experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Accurately triage patients according to established protocols and urgency
• Administer medications, treatments, and timely interventions as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes in condition
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and discharge plans
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and safety standards
• Participate in rapid response and resuscitation efforts when needed
• Support a positive environment for patients, families, and colleagues
