Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours weekly guaranteed
  • 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
  • Bi-weekly orientation
  • No call requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of ER experience
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (required)
  • Experience with trauma and pediatric patients preferred
  • Strong team-oriented attitude; adaptable and resilient
  • Open to working with adults, geriatrics, and pediatric patients

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care across a broad spectrum of patient needs, including trauma, STEMIs, psychiatric, cardiac, GI, and stroke cases
  • Manage care for a variety of ratios (4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track)
  • Utilize Cerner EHR for documentation
  • Maintain professional standards in all interactions and consistently uphold hospital policies and patient safety protocols
