Professionally, youll expand your skills and perspective through exposure to a busy, 22-bed Emergency Department that serves a diverse patient populationtrauma, cardiac, pediatric, psych, and more. Work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining insight into varied clinical approaches and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts, 7p7a
• Four weekend shifts required in each 4-week period
• No call or floating requirements

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
• Trauma and pediatric emergency experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a hard-working attitude
• Flexible with scrub colors (excluding t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, leggings)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations
• Respond swiftly to traumas, strokes, STEMIs, psychiatric, GI, and cardiac emergencies
• Adhere to established protocols, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and document accurately in Cerner EHR
• Manage a patient ratio of 4:1 for pod, 2:1 for critical, and 6:1 for fast track areas
