Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
• Variable days of the week
• (2) 24hr call shifts during an 8-week period
• Alternating weekends required
• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact Multi-state)
• BLS, PALS, TNCC (or equivalent; some may be obtained within specified timelines)
• ACLS or equivalent certification
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience considered
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and use basic clinical technology
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• Capability to remain composed and decisive in emergencies
• Skilled at time management and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:
