Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
- Variable days of the week
- (2) 24hr call shifts during an 8-week period
- Alternating weekends required
- Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact Multi-state)
- BLS, PALS, TNCC (or equivalent; some may be obtained within specified timelines)
- ACLS or equivalent certification
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience considered
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and use basic clinical technology
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Capability to remain composed and decisive in emergencies
- Skilled at time management and evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Triage, assess, and manage acute patient conditions efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
