Schedule:
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Must be flexible to work varied days throughout the week
- Required to take (2) 24-hour calls within an 8-week period
- Every other weekend required
- Minimum of 2 major and 2 minor holidays per year
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (or equivalent, or provisional within 180 days)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (or equivalent, or provisional within 180 days)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certification (or equivalent, or provisional within 18 months)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Proficient use of clinical technology and basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service abilities
- Reliable in fast-paced environmentsable to respond decisively and remain composed
- Effective time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice skills
- Direct patient care experience preferred (less than 1 year minimum required)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient support
- Respond promptly and professionally during urgent and emergent situations
- Utilize clinical judgment, technology, and communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes
