Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Georgia
- Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- Comprehensive understanding of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical standards, patient advocacy, and service excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, timely, and compassionate nursing care to diverse ER patients
- Monitor and document patient vitals, conditions, and responses to interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing peers, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Uphold all facility policies, professional standards, and patient safety initiatives
- Educate patients and families regarding processes, conditions, and next steps
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families, supporting patient rights and well-being
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities
