Schedule:

  • Full-time, Night Shift

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Current and active Colorado RN license or Compact license, required
  • BLS (or within 90 days), ACLS (or within 6 months), PALS/ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, NRP (or within 1 year of hire), all required
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Two years hospital nursing experience preferred
  • One year experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care Nursing preferred
  • Successful completion of background check, pre-employment drug screen, and Employee Health meeting

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Practice decisive judgment and prioritize care in a dynamic ER environment
  • Adhere to triage, documentation, and evidence-based protocols
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams; delegate and potentially precept
  • Deliver comprehensive education to patients and families
  • Uphold strict patient confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Engage in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives
