Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts, 7:00 pm 7:30 am
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department and provide safe patient management for Inpatient Hold.
- Respond effectively to varying acuity levels and patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility and regulatory policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Demonstrated recent experience within an ER/ED setting
- Proficiency managing both ED and Inpatient Hold RN ratios/acuities
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and prioritization skills
