Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract position with flexible start dates
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Georgia or compact state
- Minimum one year of current Emergency Room experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality emergency nursing care in alignment with facility and shared governance standards
- Uphold ethical nursing practice as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics
- Engage with patients, families, and loved ones to ensure individualized, responsive care
- Advocate for patient needs while supporting departmental and organizational goals
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
