Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 3PM3AM
- Must be available various days of the week
- (2) 24-hour calls within an 8-week period
- Weekends: minimum every other weekend
- Holidays: minimum 2 major, 2 minor
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license (Single State or Compact)
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (AHA or ARC) within 180 days if not already obtained
- TNCC or ATCN certification within 18 months if not already held
- Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and collaborative communication
- Proficiency in English language (read/write/speak)
- Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments, respond calmly to emergencies
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Less than one year direct patient care experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care across all acuity levels
- Rapid assessment, prioritization, and treatment of patients in critical settings
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold standards of customer service, teamwork, and professional integrity
