Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
- Required to work varied days throughout the week
- Minimum every other weekend
- Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
- (2) 24hr call shifts during each 8-week period
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license (Single State or Compact)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or equivalent) certification required (see details for provisional timelines)
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Must be able to function effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment, especially during emergencies
- Excellent time management, evidence-based practice, and critical thinking skills
- Competency in basic computer use and technology to support clinical care
